11/13/19 Day 9: I LOVE TO TRAVEL 🛫

Traveling allows me to feed my inner explorer, indulge in history, and tell stories for years to come.

This picture was taken at Palatine Hill in Rome, Italy. A few years ago I explored Rome, it’s one of my favorite cities I’ve traveled to. I devoured Cacio a Pepe everyday and Buccatini all’Amatriciana. Pasta has never tasted the same. 😂.

11/13/19 Day 9: I LOVE TO TRAVEL 🛫 . Traveling allows me to feed my inner explorer, indulge in history, and tell stories for years to come. . This picture was taken at Palatine Hill in Rome, Italy. Set yourself up for success! .

Your ability to stick to your goals, and bounce back when you may have stumbled, is based on how well you plan and prepare for it. .
.
1.) Choose a type of exercise or activity that you enjoy or know you will make time for! You need camaraderie? join a group class! You enjoy dancing? sign up for Zumba! You prefer quick workouts? do HIIT! Like throwing heavy things around? join a CrossFit gym! .
.
2.) Meal Prep or better yet, track your macros and what you eat! App’s like the @1stphorm MYTRANSFORMATION APP give you allllll the tools you need to get the job done! .
.
3.) Have a problem snacking or eating sweets? DON’T BUY THEM OR KEEP THEM IN YOUR HOUSE! It’s easier to not have the option than have to resist. .

4.) If you miss a few days from being sick or vacation or travel, GET BACK INTO YOUR ROUTINE ASAP! Don’t wait till the beginning of the next week, or an even number of the month, or whatever, start that day. The sooner you get back into it the quicker it becomes a routine. .

5.) Don’t have the time? MAKE THE TIME. The better organized you are in your daily schedule, it easier it is. You HAVE 30 minutes. That’s all it takes! .

المهم منطولش عليكم الوصفة كالتالي: ثلاث بيضات، كأس صغير زيت نباتي، كأس صغير عصير الليمون، ڤاني ، خمارة واحدة، قبصة ملح، ثمان ملاعق دقيق. يخلط الكل ثم يفرغ في كؤوس الكاب كيك ثم يخبز في الفرن.
من بعد ما يبردو تماماً  كنفرغو الوسط ثم نوضعو ملعقة من أي نوع المربى لي كيعجبنا أو متوفر عندنا ثم نخلقوه. بالنسبة للكريمة 100g ماسكاربون، 100g جبن طري، كأس صغير كريمة الخفق، نصف كأس صغير حليب مركز محلى، نخلط الكل جيداً بالخلاط الكهربائي حتى يتماسك الخليط ثم نزينو الكاب كيك 👩🏻‍🍳🧁

Guess what guys finally landed the backflip even though it was spotted I still did it! I'm so proud of myself cuz this was the third time that I practiced it when the other two I wasn't recording even though I landed it the other two times I practice for two days and I wasn't recording I wanted to get this one so I propped up my phone on a pole and I recorded.
